The rooms are well-appointed and well priced with a couch and a carpet. The location is convenient. The staff is caring.

The bed sheets were soiled and filthy- numerous, long dark hairs on sheets plus stains -and makeup . Fitted sheet was threadbare . Upholstery on Chairs was soiled on arms.

It consists of 2 parts: the hotel itself and a back part with motel type rooms. The common facilities (swimming pool, gymnasium) can be used whether you are staying in one part or the other. Breakfast is not included. Requires renovation

The transformer to a section of the hotel blew during the night and the power was cut off in the morning to fix it. The staff did what they could to keep people informed and safe. This is an unusual event.

King room was offered as a free upgrade, and there was no extra charge for a pet. The rate from Booked.net was quite reasonable.

Air conditioner in the room was not functioning and the lobby and common areas were in need of an update. Overall, the hotel seemed as though it had seen better days.

The rooms here are lovely and suitable for families with babies.

Your hotel was the most filthy hotel we have ever stayed in. There were dirty dishes in the hall from check in and still there when we checked out. Stairwells were unbelievably dirty- we also found blood in them. We also found hair on the floor in the bathroom. It seemed as though there was no one in charge.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed, the breakfast was excellent, the early check-in was convenient, and the shuttle service to the airport was fantastic.

This was probably the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered during a hotel stay.

The fitness center needs attention. The bathroom in my room was in an extremely poor state of cleanliness. With a cracked bathtub that had rust in it, and mold in the caulking.

Rooms are quiet (in the atrium anyway)

Rooms are dated and feel worn. Pillows suck. Too small and not comfortable. Tv seemed small, and remote control was "sluggish"(?) Anyway, you push the button and 3 seconds later the channel would change. Rm 2014

Had a great time staying at this spotless budget-friendly hotel. The room was a steal - super spacious with a coffee maker and a jacuzzi tub, just like you'd hope for. 🛁

Stayed here for 2 days, appreciated the hotel, it was fairly clean with comfortable and great location in the casino or bar. Location: the property was so close to restaurants & interstate as well as downtown. I found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Huhot Mongolian Grill that is only 20 minutes' walk away.

We ordered rib steaks for dinner at the steak house. We were given our appetizer and salads, when about done they told us that they were out of rib steaks and put NY strips on instead. I didn't want it so they asked if I wanted to order something else. I had already ordered what I wanted. Very disappointing in an otherwise nice stay.
